Ericca is a straight-talking leadership strategist and organizational development expert with over two decades of experience transforming workplace cultures from the inside out. She holds a Master of Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University and a B.S. in Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Ericca has spent her career building leadership programs, redesigning onboarding that actually works, and overhauling talent strategies for organizations ranging from global corporations to scrappy startups. Throughout her career and especially now, Ericca brings a no-BS approach to helping people and teams grow—without burning people out.
